Absolutely. Bulk SMS messages can be sent to multiple users simultaneously. You can send messages to 1 user or thousands of users.

How many characters can an SMS contain?
A.
An SMS generally contains 160 characters but Coretalk SMS can send messages up to 480 characters long (using concactination). If you type beyond 160 characters the message will be automatically spilt into multiple messages and sent to the recipient(s) in sequence. (Standard charges apply for each message sent.

Yes, in most cases we can customize the software to your requirements so that it will automate the process of sending the SMS messages. However, we will charge a technical fee to do any kind of customisation.

Can I use any SIM card with the modem?

Our modems only work with GSM sim cards, i.e. you can’t use 3G or CDMA based SIM cards.

After payment, what is the next step and how do I receive the modem?
A.
You will receive a package containing the modem and the installation CD within 5-10 working days.
Please note you must have a SIM card in order to use the modem.
Once you receive the package and have installed the modem, please make sure you email us on info@bestsmsdeals.com.au to register your mobile number. This is very important in order for you to continue using our service.
